Mentorship has been a core part of the Cargill Global Scholars Program. They are now upgrading their approach to measure the program’s success.
In 2021, Cargill is conducting the 10th cohort of Cargill Global Scholars Program where participants will gain mentoring opportunities provided by Cargill Indonesia’s highly experienced managers. Since there is a challenge to measure the progress and success of the program, Cargill decided to further strengthen its program by utilizing analytical tools.
Mentor Inc. has teamed up with Cargill to bring required tools which provide ways to identify improvements made and present the data in a simple and transparent manner. Our tools allow program administrators to gain valuable insights and build relevant people development strategies.
